Terms of service

Our full terms of service are still being finalised. This page is an honest placeholder, not the finished document — if you need the current draft, or a signed Data Processing Agreement ahead of the full terms, email privacy@aspireandthrive.co.uk and we'll send it to you directly.

In the meantime, the following already holds for every organisation using Aspire & Thrive:

• You are the data controller for the personal data you enter; Aspire & Thrive is the processor. A DPA will be issued before you onboard live children or young people.
• Your organisation's data is isolated by tenant and protected by Row Level Security, enforced by the database itself. We do not share data across tenants.
• You can request export or deletion of your tenant's data at any time by emailing privacy@aspireandthrive.co.uk.
• Sub-processors, what each does, and whether it applies to your organisation by default are listed on our sub-processors page.
