- Who counts towards my plan?
- A child or young person with an active record in Daymello. Staff, admins and DSLs are not counted — only the young people you support.
- Can I try it before I commit?
- There's no self-serve trial — onboarding is sales-led, so your safeguarding contacts, areas and forms are right from day one. Book a demo and we'll talk about a pilot for your team as part of that call.
- Can I change plan?
- Yes, any time, pro-rated. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle so you keep higher-tier features through the period you've paid for.
- What about the children's data?
- Stored in the EU (Supabase's Ireland region), with a move to London planned. You are the Controller; Aspire & Thrive is the Processor. A full DPIA and DPA template are available in the legal folder.
- Do you offer a non-profit discount?
- Charities get 20% off all paid tiers for the first 12 months — email sales@aspireandthrive.co.uk with your charity number.
- How does migration work?
- We run a free import call with you. We support CPOMS, Lamplight, Makerble and spreadsheet exports. Typical turnaround is 3–5 working days.
